3. Enrolment and Coaching Services

Booking a trial class or enquiring via this Site does not constitute a confirmed enrolment. All enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation by Anax Swim Academy. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

All coaching services are provided at Planet Fitness Parklands (and any future locations) in accordance with the rules and policies of the facility. Participants must comply with all pool rules and safety instructions given by coaches at all times.

4. Health and Safety

Participants enrol in swimming programs voluntarily and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swimming and physical activity. Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, disabilities, or physical limitations prior to enrolment.

Anax Swim Academy coaches are qualified and CPR-certified. All sessions are supervised. However, we are not liable for injuries arising from failure to follow safety instructions, misrepresentation of health status, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, program descriptions, blog posts, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Anax Swim Academy unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Photography on this Site may include licensed stock images. These are used lawfully and may not be reproduced independently.
